Auspicious Celebrations at Hai Tien Lo featuring Premium Ingredients

Headed by Executive Chef Ben Zeng, Hai Tien Lo presents an extensive ten exquisite set menus, auspiciously-named and showcasing the finest Cantonese delicacies available from 25 January 2021 to 26 February 2021.

Enjoy a glorious array of classic celebratory fare boasting premium ingredients and catering to culturally-diverse revelers with distinctive dining preferences. Highlights include the fusion-inspired Sliced Barbecued Beijing Duck with Pan-fried Foie Gras, Stewed Lobster with Inaniwa Udon in Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce and more. Must-try a la carte specialties include the mouth-watering Barbecued Crispy Whole Suckling Pig Stuffed with Glutinous Rice, Wild Mushrooms and Truffle for a satisfying sharing dish and a melt-in-your-mouth Pan-fried Wagyu Beef Fillet with Chilled Salad in Sesame Sauce to balance out the richness of the beef.

Diners can re-unite with their loved ones over Hai Tien Lo’s tantalising Lunar New Year Weekend Buffet. The extravagant feast features decadent highlights of Crispy Abalone Pastry with Fragrant Yam, Shredded Chicken and Mushrooms and Stewed Fish with Pork Belly and Garlic in Treasure Pot. The sumptuous experience also includes all-you-can-eat Dim Sum such as Steamed Charcoal Barbecue Pork Bun with Black Truffle and Japanese-style Deep-fried Wonton with Prawn Paste in Teriyaki Sauce. Every table, with a minimum of two diners, will receive a complimentary Abundance Yu Sheng with Smoked Salmon and Crispy Silver Whitebait.

 

Hai Tien Lo presents five indulgent Yu Sheng platters, available for dine-in and takeaway, for a fortune-filled toss to the new year. The delicious assortment includes the ultra-luxe Abundance Yu Sheng with Abalone and Lobster (SGD128) serves four to six / SGD188 serves six to eight) featuring generous servings of decadent seafood, as well as the Chef’s recommended Blossoming Treasures Yu Sheng with Gold and Silver Flakes, Lobster, Scallops, Black Caviar and Shredded Vegetable Salad in Passion Fruit (SGD168 serves four to six, SGD288 serves six to eight). Signifying flourishing wealth and prosperity to the household, raw shredded vegetables artfully plated in the shape of two bull horns, which are traditional symbols of wealth in Chinese culture, surround an elegant salad mound in the centre of the plate.

Priced between SGD48 and SGD288 per platter, Hai Tien Lo’s decadent Yu Sheng platters are available in both small and large portions for dine-in and takeaway from 25 January 2021 to 26 February 2021.

Resplendent Spring Reunion at Edge (1 to 26 February 2021)

Welcome auspicious beginnings in the Year of the Ox with a bountiful line-up of culinary indulgences at Edge.
Relish in contemporary adaptations of the classic Chinese cuisine including Doubleboiled Abalone Soup with Dried Oysters and Pork Ribs, Ginseng Herbal Chicken Ramen, Cantonese Steamed fish fillet and Cantonese Roast Duck. Round up the feast with Chrysanthemum Gateau and Durian Pengat Verrine.

Aside from the a la carte buffet offerings, you can also ramp up the celebrations by adding on a platter of Blossom Yu Sheng (SGD44 for a small platter, SGD88 for a large platter) featuring Salmon Sashimi and Deep-fried Fish Skin.

Epicurean Treasures at Keyaki (28 January to 25 February 2021)

Herald the festivities with a selection of auspicious gourmet treats at Keyaki. Satisfy your palate with the luxurious Premium Yu Sheng (SGD338 for eight to ten persons), featuring lush ingredients such as lobster, ikura and uni infused with sake and presented with Kinpaku gold flakes and Ginpaku silver flakes, or go for the exquisite Wafu Yu Sheng (SGD138 for four to six persons), showcasing a variety of expertly sliced sashimi including maguro, hamachi and yellowtail, paired with kurage jellyfish and harihari nankin shredded pumpkin.
