This tiny restaurant is always buzzing and busy due to its terrific fresh food, personable staff and charming picturesque fishing harbour terrace views. Despite its no booking policy, it has a solid loyal fan base. The restaurant is the brainchild of Singaporean-
born chef Akmal Anuar who previously worked at his parents hawker stall for a decade. Reminiscent of Singaporean restaurants, the place is compact, unfussy with incredible food. The fish quality here is so good that no soy sauce is served with its sushi, the staff maintain that it definitely doesn’t need it. Expect Asian-inspired tapas dishes such as spicy beef tartare on toast, scallop carpaccio with mandarin orange and sumac and spiced barbeque marinated lamb ribs.
