The model and socialite shared the picture as part of a carousel post on Instagram, in which she celebrated Dolce & Gabbana’s recent Alta Moda show in Sicily. The second picture in the gallery shows Lady Kitty with a group of friends at the fashion extravaganza, with her husband, Michael, standing beside her. Others in the group shot include Hollywood PR Simon Huck, yachting billionaire Piero Ferrari and influencer Stella Aminova.
Lady Kitty’s wedding was the highlight of the social season last summer, and took place in Rome. The 31-year-old wore a series of Dolce & Gabbana gowns for the occasion, and was accompanied down the aisle by her brother, Viscount Althorp, and half-brother, Samuel Aitken, in lieu of her father, Earl Spencer, who could not attend. Other guests included Jade Holland Cooper, the Marchioness of Bath, Pixie Lott and of course, Lady Kitty’s glamorous younger twin sisters, Ladies Amelia and Eliza Spencer.

The couple went public with their relationship in 2019, with the South African businessman proposing over Christmas that year. Their wedding was initially delayed due to Covid-19, before it took place last summer. Meanwhile, there’s another Spencer wedding on the cards for later this year, as Lady Amelia is engaged to her long-time beau, Greg Mallett.
