It’s not quite December, and yet festive cheer is already abound in London. Snowflake streetlights sparkle on Regent Street, Christmas trees line the King’s Road, and even Harrods has been transformed into a glittering gingerbread house, courtesy of Dior. Lest Four Seasons London miss out on the fun: the luxury hotel on Park Lane have just installed a life-size snow globe in its lobby.
Named ‘Let it Snow with Love’, the winter wonderland experience stands pride of place in the hotel, its snow-saturated pine trees and rosy red baubles an instant visual treat. The globe itself is flanked by decorated Christmas trees and atop a spilling of faux snow, the Four Seasons brand standing pride of place wrapped around the snow globe.
Designed in partnership with British artist, florist and sculptor Ruth Davis of events florist brand All For Love London, the vivid red coloring and notable London iconography of the installation is also a celebration of the city.

“The inspiration behind this year’s design came from the playfulness and fun of the famous Christmas snow globes,” Davis commented.
“We wanted to create a larger-than-life, five-foot globe as the central lobby feature, surrounded by snow-flocked trees and iconic London red decorations and ornaments – festive post boxes, phone boxes, red buses for that London touch – essential for the location of the hotel on the capital’s famous Park Lane.”
To further add to the festive cheer, Four Seasons London will also be hosting a pop-up hot chocolate stand outside the hotel. Open from 3 to 6pm on Fridays in the lead up to Christmas, the pop-up will feature four special recipes from Four Seasons winter resorts around the world, including the Haut Chocolate from Vail, the Tipsy Snowman from Whistler, the Tonka Chocolate from Megeve, and Let It Snow, from Four Seasons London itself.
