Celebrate exquisitely amidst the idyllic ambience at Michelin-starred Jiang-Nan Chun and dine on auspicious menus crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Albert Au that spotlight fresh, seasonal produce and masterful culinary prowess.

Toss to prosperity and good fortune with Abundance Lobster, Abalone and Salmon Yu Sheng, spotlighting the fresh flavours of daily sourced lobster, abalone and salmon, complemented by hand-shredded seasonal vegetables, healthy crunch including pumpkin seeds, melon seeds and sunflower seeds, and homemade condiments and sauces. Other seasonal specials include suckling pig with avruga caviar and braised e-fu noodles with Boston lobster in superior stock.

Lunar Celebration eight-course set menus are available from SGD 1,358 per table of eight persons. Guests also have the option of individually plated six-course set menus from SGD 168 per person. Also available is the six-course Vegetarian Celebration Menu available at SGD 128 per person.

Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng
