Fairmont St Andrews hotel is offering its exquisite afternoon tea services and a sumptuous champagne brunch at the Squire restaurant, including specialty spa packages to ensure that Mother’s Day this year is a truly unforgettable experience.

On Saturday, March 18, afternoon tea will be served in the hotel’s Atrium and include St Andrews Bay lobster, truffle egg and pastrami sandwiches, gruyere gougeres and smoked Gressingham duck canapes as well as fruit scones, pina colada tart, a Dundee cake and house tea selection (£40pp).

The hotel’s Mother’s Day Brunch will take place on Sunday, March 19 and will be cooked to perfection by Executive Chef Ian Syme. Brunch will offer local Scottish seafood, roast striploin of Tweed valley beef, smoked Finnan haddock, a variety of salads and a dessert buffet accompanied by champagne as well as a cocktail station (£55pp). A children’s menu will also be available (£22.50pp).
