Dorsett Hospitality International is set to open its second property in London under its aparthotel brand Dao by Dorsett.
The property will open in spring in the fully restored Grade II-listed Hornsey Town Hall, located in Crouch End in north London.
Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Town Hall will span four floors and include 68 units, made up of studios and one-bedroom apartments.
The design combines period and contemporary fittings, with original features such as ironmongery and timber panelling paired with modern pendant lighting and terrazzo-inspired worktops in the kitchenettes.
The entire Hornsey Town Hall development will also feature co-working spaces, restaurants and cafes, a panoramic rooftop bar and an Arts Centre which will host performances. Various fairs, exhibitions and festivals will take place in the Town Hall Square over the summer months.
Dao by Dorsett debuted in June 2022 with a property in Shepherd’s Bush, located in west London, which we reviewed last October.
This was followed by the brand’s first Asian property in Singapore.
