Dani Dyer has revealed she found the first few months of being a mum “very scary” and was “petrified of everything”.
Dani’s comments came as she opened up about first time motherhood on the Made By Mummas podcast, which is hosted by Zoe Hardman and Georgia Dayton.
Speaking about the moment she told her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence she was expecting, Dani said: “I remember going, ‘Babe, I’m pregnant!’ I didn’t even tell him I was going to take a test.

“And then he just ran and he looked at me and he was like, ‘Really?’ with the games console in his hands. That was it and it was such an exciting time for us. Instantly I was like, ‘Well what do I do now?’”
The 24 year old continued: “But it’s very scary. The first few months I was absolutely petrified of everything.”
Dani welcomed her adorable son Santiago into the world in January weighing 7lbs.
The former Love Island winner also admitted she “hated” being pregnant at the start of her pregnancy because she “constantly felt like something was wrong” and would go for endless scans.
She said: “I did have lots of aches and pains. I did have to stop with the Google because then that started worrying me.
“Towards the end I loved being pregnant, the beginning I hated because I genuinely constantly felt like something was wrong because my placenta was at the front and I didn’t feel the baby kick like I should have done so I was always wanting to go and get another scan.
“The amount of scans I had. Every time I’d have a scan I’d get another little scan picture on the wall and in the end I was like, ‘This is weird, I’m going to have to take a couple down’. I look like this obsessed woman.”
Dani recently celebrated her first Mother’s Day as a mum to Santiago and was treated to a number of gifts by her boyfriend Sammy.
As well as some pink cupcakes reading “Mum”, Dani was also gifted with a huge bouquet of flowers and some very expensive jewellery.
