At Qafila, they believe in the art of slow cooking (for eg. Kava (Qafila) Dal takes 36 hours to be cooked and served, the Biryani at Qafila is cooked on DUM which means slow cooking and each portion served in the restaurant is delicately handled ensuring no rice grain is broken), and our signature dinner service allows us to provide the most exquisite and carefully crafted dishes to our diners. The menu is an ode to the culinary traditions of India, featuring a collection of recipes handed down by generations and perfected by the team of expert chefs. The menu boasts of dishes like the Shorbas – Murgh badami, Subz shorba, Appetizers like Gilawat ke kebab aur sheermal, Kesari jhinga, Palak anjeer kebab, Bharwan tandoori aloo and more. The Nutan section of the menu has dishes like Rawa fried machhli, Dhungar Murgh Reshmi, Khumb qaliyan, Subz miloni. The Riwaz or the main course section has dishes like Dum gosht biryani, Kosha mangsho, Prawn sukka, Bhindi bharwan, Guncha keema, Sarson ka saag and so much more. The Madhur/dessert section has Shrikhand, Shahi tukda, Elaneer payasam, Kulfi falooda with some more irresistible options to satiate your sweet cravings.
