All hail Carole Bamford who forever changed the face of the gastro-pub hotel. Following the success of the Wild Rabbit, this romantically reimagined Cotswolds country pub in the pretty village of Oddington, will be a retreat to revel in the gastronomic glory of simple yet refined pub classics, where you can savour a menu that celebrates all the best of the local Daylesford organic fare. It’s this synergy of the luxurious and laidback that has become Bamford’s signature style, so the six bedrooms here will no doubt be a poem of loveliness, heaving with fabulous lines, wild flowers, against the backdrop of proper Cotswold stone walls. There is also a cottage in the walled garden across from the pub, which will be available to rent for larger groups, too.
