Chef Jason Tan of Restaurant Euphoria took a break and went to Paris and Reims last March for about three weeks. The last time he visited France was in January 2020 just before the pandemic. For this latest gourmet trail, he managed to dine at various Michelin-starred restaurants as well as visited some casual bistros and bakeries along the way.
