2019 has been a busy year for Hedi Slimane: Whether it’s designing the brand’s first menswear creations or launching its first fragrance collection, the creative director has really been keeping everyone on their toes with his inaugural creations for Celine since he took over. As all 11 androgynous scents officially land in the house’s brand new Haute Perfumerie boutique in Paris, the designer has prepared yet another surprise for us: a special range of highly coveted lifestyle products.
Dubbed the Maison Celine collection, the range comprises over 20 lifestyle-oriented items for both men and women, including perfume cases, beauty kits, lighter cases, travel accessories, game items and many more.
We’re literally eyeing everything from the line, especially the leather-covered pieces in the house’s emblematic Triomphe Canvas pattern — a design Slimane has resurrected from Celine’s archive from the 1970s, which features a link motif inspired by Paris’ iconic Arc de Triomphe. For those who enjoy Slimane’s signature rock ‘n’ roll flair, there are also plenty of metal hardware choices, as well as items in crocodile leather for that edgy, devil-may-care vibe.
