Solving the eternal struggle between a love of home comforts and the irresistible pull to travel the world, Blue World Voyages has recently launched the pre-sale for the uber-luxe residences aboard its inaugural vessel, set to launch in 2023.
Designed by acclaimed international designers Tomas Tillberg Design and Poggi Design Firm, each of the 40 residences are presented fully furnished and move-in ready, with a choice of two design styles – classic or contemporary. Owners can also choose between either one- or two-bedroom spaces, all of which come complete with stately bathrooms, walk-in closets and spacious living quarters with full-height sliding doors to an outdoor balcony.
Owners also get access to a host of extra residences-only perks, including a chef’s table, private dining room, wine storage, a dedicated butler, private sun deck and concierge services.

As the first cruise line dedicated to sports and wellness, potential owners can expect a bounty of health-focused amenities onboard the first Blue World ship. A dedicated sports deck is the stuff of fitness fanatics’ dreams, with a functional training and strength conditioning facility, state of the art TRX, boxing, yoga and Pilates studios, bike fitting station, pro-style batting cages, multi-sport simulators, golf school, and even a sea-water lap pool.
All onshore excursions are developed with fitness in mind too, with biking, running and kayaking all on the itinerary. For proper rest and recovery, the sports deck also features a state-of-the-art spa, featuring a sauna and steam room, Himalayan salt room, therapy pool and a full menu of bespoke spa treatments.
“Today’s sophisticated travelers are looking to own a home at sea as well as on land,” says Fredy Dellis, Blue World co-founder and acting CEO. “By offering a limited number of Residences on our first vessel, Blue World provides an option for active, athletic and health-focused travelers to own their own private and casually luxurious sea-going space, traveling the world with like-minded individuals.”
Purchase of the exclusive Blue World Voyages residences gives owners residency rights for 25 years, for either personal use, loan to friends and family or even business purposes. When the residences’ aren’t in use, owners can also make use of the cruise line’s lucrative rental program.

Offered on a first-come, first-served basis, there are also two Founders Residences available, which will be located in the most sought-after area of the ship. Founders Residences ownership also comes with Blue World Voyages shareholder opportunity, with shares increasing as new vessels join the fleet.
And, in the interest of promoting a more sustainable approach to luxury cruise ships, Blue World Voyages has also adopted an innovative Adaptive Refit approach to launching new vessels. Instead of building from scratch, additions to the fleet will be refitted old liners that would have otherwise been out of service, kitted out with the latest in green technology, such as battery-driven onshore power and noise pollution reduction.
Following its debut next year, the first Blue World Voyages ship is projected to spend her first six months in locations throughout the Middle East, before going on to cruise the Mediterranean, Atlantic, North Sea and Baltic regions.
One-bedroom residences from $2.5m, two-bedroom from $3.5m. Visit blueworldvoyages.com to register your interest.
