We’re not surprised to see a loud item on the Palm Angels pages. After all, the brand has been known to drop things like furry track pants. But when we saw the Palm Angels Dark Web Sneakers, they stood out not only for their bold color palette — coming in Hot Pink — but also because of their futuristic aesthetic.
Usually, if Palm Angels drops something loud, it’s down to an animal print or an unorthodox texture. It’s rare for the Italian label to release something so distinctively futuristic.
The Palm Angels Dark Web Sneakers are built on a structural cage to give them their vital character. Running around the toe box, all the way to the heel cup, this cage forms the heel section of the sole unit, too. The hollowed heel is not the only unorthodox design feature here, though. Take the lacing system, for example, which settles on the outer side of the design.
Beyond the skeletal structure, the rest of the shoe is composed of mesh and leather and features Palm Angels logos on the tongue and midsole. Available now in Fuchsia, Black, and White, the Palm Angels Dark Web Sneakers are a nice way to bring some punch to your fall wardrobe.
