Given the Queen’s attendance at the birthday party, it is very unlikely that the 96-year-old monarch will be travelling from Frogmore Cottage to the Epsom Derby that same day. A keen equestrian and lover of horses, the sovereign will presumably be disappointed to miss the event, although meeting Lilibet will undoubtedly be an excellent addition to the weekend.

According to the Mail Online, Harry and Meghan will stay at their former Windsor residence during the entirety of the weekend. The paper has revealed that the couple are also looking to extend their lease on the house, in order to spend more time between California and the UK.

Currently occupied by Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank, it is presumed that the pair have vacated the property ahead of the duke and duchess’s visit.
