Twice a year, in January and July, editors and couture clients flock to the City of Light to view the world’s most spectacular High Jewellery, the term reserved for one-of-a-kind masterpieces, created by prestigious jewellery maisons and designers.
This season, the maisons have sourced rare gemstones, including a 6,225 ct rough Zambian emerald (looking at you Chopard), paid tribute to Indian royalty (Boucheron), explored themes of reflection and fluidity (De Beers and Chaumet) and taken inspiration from couture trimmings (Dior Joaillerie).
