Loose Women star Stacey, 30, posted the adorable clip on her Instagram story, which shows her son looking excited when he spots his dad Joe, 38, on the TV.
In the video Rex is stood in front of the TV, where Joe skated on the ice rink during the first episode of Dancing on Ice, which aired on Sunday 17 January.
As DOI 2020’s winner, Joe, who recently proposed to Stacey in the most romantic way, can be seen skating across the ice as his adorable one year old son yells at the TV: “Daddy!”

Stacey can then be heard asking her tot from behind the camera: “Rex, who’s that?”
To which Rex excitedly says: “Daddy!” And Stacey repeats his words while the little boy turns around and takes the dummy he has out of his mouth.
A smiling Rex then offers the dummy to his mum as he continues to say: “Daddy!”
Joe returned to Dancing on Ice to show this series’ contestants how it’s done.
During his appearance, Joe effortlessly glided across the ice to share the details of the show’s £120,000 competition.
He wore a costume king’s crown, black T-shirt and blazer as he pushed a red buzzer as he celebrated his return to the skating ITV show.
Stacey, who recently explained her social media absence after worrying fans, is proud mum to her son Rex as well as Zachary, 12, and Leighton, eight, from previous relationships.
Meanwhile Joe also has son Harry, 13, from his relationship with Emma Sophocleous.
Stacey recently hit back at a cruel troll who had criticised her for having different dads for her sons.
Stacey shared a screenshot of the message she had been sent from the judgemental troll, whom she kept anonymous, and shared her reaction in a clip.
The mean message read: “It must be very sad having three different dads for your boys. Always apart. Oh well I suppose you are happy about it.”
Stacey appeared unfazed as clapped back in a video. Between giggles, she said: “Woah there Wilma! It’s far too early for that kind of judgement. And of course I’m happy about it, they’re the best thing that ever happened to me no matter how they happened to me.”
Loose Women star Stacey then shared a message to her fans on top of the clip.
She urged her four million followers: “Never let anyone make you feel like you’re not good enough just because things just happened to work out differently from the “norm”.
“Keep doing you the best way you know how. Unconditional Love from anywhere in different shapes, & sizes is all they’ll ever need.” [sic]
