Stacey Solomon has gone on an epic rant after being trolled on how she dressed her son Rex, one, while he played out in the snow.

The 31 year old, who recently shared how she gave her walk-in wardrobe an incredible makeover, took to her Instagram stories to hit back at a follower after they sent her a message saying: “Why is your child not wearing gloves!! His hands look freezing!!!!!!!!!”

Clearly annoyed by the unwarranted comment, Stacey shared a sweet photo of her son sticking his tongue out while enjoying the cold weather before hitting back.

She wrote: “A message to the glove police,” followed by a freezing face emoji, police emoji and a laughing emoji. “If i could get rex to keep his gloves, hat and coat on I would. believe me. but he is a toddler,” [sic] with a laughing emoji.

The Loose Women panellist continued: “Anyone out there with one knows that they start off wearing it all and as the walk goes on they rip their hat off a thousand times, drop their gloves in the snow and tread on them until they’re soaking wet and no longer any use and they moan the whole time to take their coat off.

“And then after all of that they cry when their hands get cold,” with a laughing emoji.

Stacey, who recently stunned in a £250 Olivia Rubin rainbow dress, added: “Anyone out there keeping all items of winter wear on their toddles all day is my hero. I salute you,” followed by a red heart emoji.

The brunette beauty shares son Rex with fiancé Joe Swash, 39. She is also mum to Zachary, 12, and eight year old Leighton from previous relationships, while Joe is dad to Harry, 13, from a previous relationship.

The newly-engaged couple have been homeschooling the kids amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, but it hasn’t always been smooth sailing.

Stacey recently revealed how Joe saved her sons as she was about to “blow” at them.

Taking to her social media account, she said she had spent the morning “moaning” at her three boys, with Joe cleverly coming up with a way to diffuse the situation without getting himself involved.

“Joe cleverly stayed out of the arguments & out of my way this morning. Then quietly, when the boys stopped from lunch break, said ‘shall we go for a walk boys?’

“He knew I was about to blow I’ve never been so grateful,” she continued to tell her fans.

Stacey went on to remind her fans that they should not be too hard on themselves if they find themselves sinking into bad moods.

She wrote: “Just want to say, to anyone out there feeling like all they do is fight with children and moan day in day out, you’re not alone.

“You’re doing a bloody brilliant job in extraordinary circumstances. Keep going and even when they tell you they hate you, know deep down they’ll soon love you again when they want something.

“Single parents/carers with no help & no breaks ever, my g-d I sauté you, I’ve been there and it often feels impossible but you are doing it. Keep going, you’re amazing.” [sic]
