Originally constructed in 1925, Tribune Tower is a beacon at the threshold of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. Reimagined and meticulously designed, the residences offer luxury condominiums with one- to four-plus bedrooms and 56 unique floor plans. A feat of incredible engineering, the new residences set the standard for historic reuse projects in Chicago. Working with the landmarked facade, master craftsmen thoughtfully integrated the original structural elements, resulting in a beautifully reinvigorated and modernized luxury residence building. With each home, residents gain access to over 55,000 sq ft of amenities: The Crown Terrace, indoor golf simulator, private outdoor courtyard and sundeck with views framed by the iconic Chicago Tribune sign are just a few examples.
