L’Amo Bistro del Mare is now open at the Dubai Harbour Yacht Club.

It’s all about the maritime lifestyle at Dubai Harbour Yacht Club, so it was only a matter of time until an upscale seafood restaurant took up residence at this uber-exclusive waterfront destination. Meet: L’Amo Bistro del Mare, where al fresco dining experiences guarantee stunning vistas of seas and sunsets. The restaurant is anchored in paying tribute to the Italian coast, so expect authentic seafood flavours – and plenty of southern Italian charm.

The restaurant’s interiors are highlighted by neutral tones of beige and wood, accented by terrazzo-style tiles that are characteristic of traditional restaurants in the south of Italy. Fitted with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and electrifying 360-degree vistas of Dubai Cruise Terminal, Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai, the space is flooded with natural light, allowing the skyline views to take centre stage.

Seafood lovers will want to take a tour of the restaurant’s fresh fish display, where the daily catch can be picked and cooked-to-order. The seafood journey boasts a variety of daily imports from the Mediterranean, Sicily and Adriatic Sea included. The restaurant will also be serving a one-of-a-kind selection of Calvisius caviar imported from Brescia, Italy. Standing at the helm of L’Amo Bistro del Mare’s culinary offerings is Executive Chef Lorenzo Buccarini, who boasts a wealth of experience within the regional and international F&B scene.

One of his signature dishes includes the Spaghettone Cacio & Pepe E Ricci Di Mare, a traditional spaghetti Mancini served with pecorino cheese, delicate sea urchin, and a dash of black pepper. Meat enthusiasts, meanwhile, will love the Wagyu Alla Griglia, a grilled wagyu ribeye cooked to one’s preference. Alongside a menu that evokes the finest of Italy’s coast, guests can enjoy an impressive collection of 300 grape labels imported exclusively from Italy.

Incorporating a sweet note into each meal is a decadently curated menu that features some of Italy’s most beloved desserts – the Profiterole (a delicate choux pastry filled with an indulgent hazelnut cream) and the Baba (a decadent cake soaked in citrus syrup and served with freshly made pastry cream). Come sunset, L’Amo Bistro del Mare’s outdoor terrace makes for a great sundowner spot, courtesy of low-lying lounge tables and a handful of restaurant tables that face Ain Dubai.
