Start the day with yoga or exercise on the beach, following by a healthy vegan breakfast at El Chiringuito

The new menu promises a ‘new health conscious, plant focused, heart nourishing breakfast’. On my recent visit I tried kicked off with a fresh ginger shot, and then tucked into the sensation pineapple carpaccio, with toasted coconut, yoghurt and mint – delish! The chai, mango & passion fruit ‘parfait’ was a surprise – so full of fresh tropical flavours. I can’t function without my morning espresso macchiato, but you can also order vitamin-charged pure fresh juice and nutritious breakfast smoothies and wellness lattes.
