The tour ended with a final fashionable flourish. Joining her husband for the 71st National Prayer Breakfast, Rania stepped out in a black jersey skirt by Feni, a dramatic blouse by Harithand, and a Bottega Veneta handbag.

It is set to be a busy year for the Jordanian king and queen. Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II and his fiancée, Rajwa Al Saif, who became engaged in August last year in the bride-to-be’s home of Saudi Arabia, will officially tie the knot on 1 June, 2023. The date holds sentimental value to the Crown Prince and his family as it is just days before the 30th wedding anniversary of his parents, who celebrate the milestone on 10 June.

Crown Prince Hussein, 28, heir to the throne, proposed to his girlfriend at the home of Rajwa’s father, with the Crown Prince’s parents also in attendance. It came just weeks after his younger sister, Princess Iman, 26, announced her own impending nuptials to her Venezuelan venture capitalist beau, Jameel Alexander Thermiotis

The date for the second wedding has not yet been announced but it is possible that it could also be this year. We already can’t wait to see what Rania will wear. Mothers-of-the-bride, take note.
