Everything can be pre-ordered from September with the option to request delivery for nearer to Christmas or collection from one of their three shops in South Kensington, Fulham and Putney. The butchers source finest free-range meat that is fully traceable and have worked with some of the same farms for years. The team work closely with the producers, visiting the farms to understand the whole journey from farm, through slaughter to butchery and onto your plate.

For ease and convenience, Parson’s Christmas Box contains everything you need – turkey, vegetables and your favourite Christmas condiments and gravy. They’re available in different sizes suitable for feeding 4, 6 or 8 people.

Turkey

Parson’s Nose turkeys are free range from a small family run producer, Walters Turkeys in Berkshire who they’ve worked with for over a decade simply because their quality is unparalleled. The turkeys are incredibly succulent and tasty birds due to being slow-reared; they spend their days exploring the downland meadows and trees. The birds’ welfare is the top priority and they are fed a natural diet of home-grown cereals and they are absolutely free of any growth promoters. Customers can choose from free-range or organic bronze turkeys from 4kg to 15kg. Every bird will come with ten amazing leftover recipes from some of London’s top chefs on how to use every bit of the bird.

Goose

Goose is a really special Christmas treat and according to the history books more traditional thank turkey. Goose flesh is rich and juice, the skin is the crispiest gold, and the goose fat is like liquid nectar for the ultimate roast potatoes. Goose is surprisingly lean and even the fat is good for you when compared with other fats – it is high in ‘heart healthy’ monounsaturated fats which can lower blood cholesterol level.

Ham & Gammon

Always popular for Boxing Day, Parson’s Nose Ham and Gammon is made by their butchers with free-range pork from Plantation Pigs in Sussex. The Duroc cross Hampshire pigs are born and live their whole lives outside on the South Downs. These slow-growing breeds, combined with a healthy outdoor life, produce succulent and tender pork with a superior flavour.

Parson’s Nose create their own delicious Traditional, Smoked and Honey Roast Hams and Gammon and Smoked Gammon which is cured by dry-salting or brining and then smoked.

Pigs in blankets

No Christmas lunch would be complete without Pigs in Blankets. Parson’s Nose cure their own pork and hand make sausages with the finest free range pork from Sussex with all natural ingredients and all-natural casings.

Smoked Salmon

This beef comes from a cooperative of farms in Scotland, and is dry-aged for a minimum of 42 days giving it a huge depth of flavour.

In store and online you will also find sustainably sourced fish (Fulham and online only), fruit and vegetables, condiments and pantry items, cheese, charcuterie and chef-curated meals, salads and soups created by the Parson’s Nose in partnership with leading chefs.Traditionally seen as an unhealthy option, Parson’s Nose is reinventing the ready meal by using only their counter meat and adding no additional sugars or salt. They call it cheating without the guilt. Meat, mixed meat and fish and fruit & veg boxes are also available as one-off orders or on a regular subscription.

To offer customers all the convenience of supermarkets, Parson’s Nose offer delivery across West and South West London 7 days a week with same-day-delivery from 8am to 10pm on orders placed before 3pm, you can also add or edit your order on the day.
