Mrs Hinch couldn’t stop laughing when fans spotted something rude about her Elf on the Shelf display.

The Instagram star, whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, perched the toy onto an egg box.

But unfortunately for her, the prongs of the box poked through the doll’s legs in a phallic manner.

It’s all fans could notice when she posted an inspirational quote onto her social media story.

She wrote: “Good morning. May this Sunday bring you all the good things in life. Wishing you all a fantastic week ahead.

“Happy Sunday. I’ll catch up with you all tomorrow. Lots of love.”

Mrs Hinch’s Elf on the Shelf pose looked rather rude

Mrs Hinch ended up returning to social media sooner than she’d anticipated.

The 30-year-old was in stitches when she realised her Elf in the Shelf doll looked rather “eggcited” in the picture she shared with her followers.

She giggled: “Your messages have had me crying with laughter this morning.

“If I’m honest I didn’t even realise what it looks like, I just sat Elf in the box!

“I’ve had to change the caption “eggcited” because I can’t unsee it now.”

Fans were quick to point out Mrs Hinch’s egg box blunder

Thankfully, the influencer found the mistake hilairous

Sophie added: “Maybe I should have cut away the egg divider!

“Never mind.

“Thank you for making me laugh so much this morning.

“Have the best day! I just love you all.”

It’s not the first time Mrs Hinch has amused her 3.9 million followers with accidental innuendo.

Earlier this year, she missed out a word when describing how her house smells of Zoflora spray.

This left her commenting on the scent of her “whole”, which unsurprisingly made many giggle.

Sophie also sparked hilarity when she accidentally snapped a picture of her boobs in the bath.
