It comes after Hollyoaks actress Denise opened up on transforming her lifestyle after her health deteriorated.
The stunning blonde shared two photos next to one another to show off her gorgeous bikini body on her Instagram page.
Denise then explained how she had maintained her two stone weight loss over the past eight years after changing her relationship with food.
She wrote next to the images: “8 yrs ago I gave up alcohol but started to replace one addiction with another and my eating became out of control for a while.
“I gained over 2 st quickly and my health deteriorated. My breathing became impaired and my osteoarthritis worsened on my back and knees.
“With the help of @lighterlife and their use of cognitive behavioural therapy I learnt how to change my relationship with food.
“I have maintained my 2 stone weight loss now for 8 yrs. I eat normally, have treat days but I flexifast on one or sometimes 2 days a week.”
Denise admitted she has had some struggles in lockdown as she said: “It’s been harder in lockdown but I enjoy being in control of something as we have so little control in every other area!! It’s not about being a size 10 anymore.
“I don’t care what my size is and I never do scales. It’s about being a healthy weight and looking after myself as I approach my 63rd birthday!!”
She then ended her caption with: “I credit @lighterlife with changing my relationship with food and I swear I would NEVER promote ANYTHING I did not truly believe in.”
