Lewis Burton has paid a touching tribute to ex-girlfriend Caroline Flack on the one year anniversary of her death.
Caroline, 40, was found dead at her home in London on 15 February 2020, with it later being ruled that she had died by suicide.
At the time of her death, she was dating 28 year old Lewis, but was unable to be with him due to legal proceedings.
The model and former tennis player has now taken to social media to remember the former Love Island host one year after her death.

Posting to his 191,000 Instagram followers, Lewis shared a gorgeous image of himself and Caroline cuddling during one of their romantic getaways.
He wrote over the image: “I will never forget you,” alongside a red love heart emoji.
Lewis also added: “1 year,” alongside a broken heart emoji, marking the anniversary of her death.
Just one day before the anniversary, Lewis shared a scrapbook showing his and new girlfriend Lottie Tomlinson’s romance so far as they celebrated their first Valentine’s Day together.
He once again took to his Instagram stories to post a clip of himself flicking through the book, which was titled: “Jam packed full of love”.
Opening the first page, the star showed his followers pictures of himself with make up artist Lottie, 22, hugging and kissing in intimate moments caught on camera.
While one snap sees the model nuzzling Lottie’s neck, another sees the pair standing in their swimwear in front of the mirror.
Lottie also took to her own Instagram stories to post two photos of herself with Lewis.
Remembering Caroline Flack
