Lauren Goodger has revealed her boyfriend Charles Drury carried her positive pregnancy test around with him for three days.
Lauren, 34, is expecting her first child with her beau Charles, 23, who she has been dating since October.
The pair openly admit that their baby news came as a bit of a shock to them both, but they couldn’t be happier.
Speaking in an exclusive video during her and Charles’ stunning photoshoot, electrician Charles explained: “It’s gonna be something new, definitely. It was a big shock but we both can’t wait and it’s gonna be a new chapter for us both.”

During the interview with new magazine, Lauren also revealed that her boyfriend was so shocked that he held on to the test.
Reminiscing on the moment she found out she was expecting her first child, she said: “I was in bed, unwell with a cold.
“I was meant to come on that day and I’m always quite regular. We went and bought a test from a bargain shop and I did it – I couldn’t believe it!
“I rang him and he was like, ‘You’re lying, you’re joking.’ He didn’t believe the test! I did a digital one as well and he walked around with it in his bag for about three days.”
And, during the exclusive video chat with former The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren, she revealed Charles hasn’t been able to part with the positive pregnancy test.
“It’s next to his bedside table, still,” she said.
Lauren and Charles revealed they had discussed having kids someday, but said the pregnancy “happened so quickly”.
Mum-to-be Lauren explained: “We were quite sexually active and I’m not on anything [contraceptives] and it happened very soon.”
But they couldn’t be happier to become parents. Despite his young age, Charles said: “Family has always been such a big thing and I’ve got friends who have done it from such a young age, and my mum had me at quite a young age as well – at 17.
“It’s something that happened naturally and we wanted it straight away. When Lauren told me, it was mixed emotions, but something that I’d always wanted.”
Meanwhile Lauren said of herself and Charles said: “We’re very comfortable with each other and we’ve been through a lot.
“We’re settled at home and we’re having a baby –it’s gone 100 miles an hour! We’re a family now.”
