Jennifer Lopez and former professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez have reported split after four years together.
Page Six broke the news after sources close to the couple claimed they were “on the rocks” earlier this week.
An insider told the publication that 51 year old Jennifer and Alex, 45, split on Friday, 12 March, as an insider said: “He’s now in Miami getting ready for baseball season, and she’s filming her movie in the Dominican Republic.”

It comes just two years after Alex got down on one knee to pop the question in a romantic beach proposal.
The couple were forced to postpone their wedding twice in the last year as the ongoing coronavirus pandemic made it impossible to plan.
Jennifer, who recently looked unrecognisable as she showcased an edgy pixie cut, explained in December 2020: “We had to cancel the wedding … because of COVID, because of the quarantine. And we actually did it twice, which people don’t know.”
She continued to tell Access Hollywood: “I think we just feel like, ‘Let’s just wait it out.’ There’s no rush, we’re good, everything’s cool and it’ll happen when the time is right.
“I feel like it’s not a huge priority to go and have a big wedding right now, that’s not what life is about.”
Prior to this, she told the Today Show in May that she was “a little heartbroken” over postponing their wedding as they had “some great plans”.
She added: “But I’m also like, you know what? God has a bigger plan so we just have to wait and see. Maybe it’s going to be better.”
The last time the pair shared pictures of them together was one week ago.
The snaps showed the couple looking happy and in love as they wore matching white outfits and cuddled.
They could also be seen sharing an intimate kiss. Jennifer captioned her photos: “Feliz día de la independencia Dominicana,” followed by two stars emojis and a palm tree emoji. It translates to Happy Dominican Independence Day.
Alex also shared a gorgeous snap of them together, which he captioned: “¡Perfección en República Dominicana!,” with a Dominican Republic flag emoji and a red heart emoji. It translates to Perfection in the Dominican Republic.
