Victorian Opposition Leader Matthew Guy is “very angry” that the party’s shadow attorney-general, Tim Smith, recorded a blood alcohol reading of more than twice the legal limit following a two-car collision on the weekend. The incident occurred on Oct. 30 evening in Hawthorn after Smith decided to drive home from dinner with friends believing he was under the legal limit.
