Hilton Singapore has reopened after a monumental $150 million roof-to-road facelift of the former Mandarin Orchard.

Boasting 1,080 rooms and suites across two towers, the mega-hotel is the largest Hilton in Asia Pacific. The interior is slick, clean-lined with botanical touches as a homage to Singapore as a city in a garden. The new property is also big on connectivity: guests can book their stay, check in, unlock their door with a Digital Key, order room service, make restaurant reservations, book a spa session and check out from their smartphone via the free Hilton Honors app.

Two fully equipped fitness centres are accessible 24/7, and guests can clock in laps at the outdoor pool. There are also 16 versatile event spaces spanning more than 2,400 sq m, two of which are pillarless ballrooms fitted with state-of-the-art LED walls, lighting and sound technologies that can cater to around 1,000 guests.

Set to be a dining destination on its own, the reimagined Hilton houses five exciting F&B concepts. Savour well-loved local recipes like chicken rice at the award-winning Chatterbox, or get blown away by explosive Szechuan flavours at two Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten. Celebrity chef Nancy Silverton’s Osteria Mozza, which exited Singapore back in 2018, makes a highly anticipated return to Singapore with a new home at the hotel.

Hilton Singapore is a dining destination with curated dining concepts

Offering a vibrant buffet dining experience is residential all-day dining spot Estate, which features residential-style open kitchens that deliver elevated renditions of regional favourites. Each dish is plated individually to showcase the chefs’ flair for presentation. Highlights include the aromatic Wagyu Beef Kofta from the Grill kitchen, Squid Ink Homemade Gluten-Free Tagliatelle with Octopus Confit and an addictive Singapore-style Popiah with Soft Shell Crab from the Noodle and Wrap kitchen, as well as the signature unmissable Black Truffle Roasted Duck from the Wok, Fry and Premium Barbeque kitchen. The restaurant also makes a conscious decision to prioritise sustainability, from sourcing local and sustainable ingredients to reducing single-use plastics and managing waste.

Think healthy continental breakfast options, delightful finger sandwiches, warm savouries scones and a house tea inspired by the city’s colonial past as part of its mid-day reception, masterfully handcrafted confections by Chef Cindy for a postprandial treat or two and scented cocktails featuring floral tinctures and infusions.

To celebrate the hotel’s opening, guests enjoy breakfast for two, 25 per cent off food and beverage at Estate and Ginger.Lily, premium Wi-Fi, late check-out/early check-in (subject to availability), and 1,000 bonus Hilton Honors points per night for stays booked before June 30.
