The former Geordie Shore star added: “Please enlighten me on why we are in this position. And don’t even bother saying because people have been bending the rules.
“Because do you honestly think places like Australia and New Zealand never bent the rules?!?!” before asking her followers why they believe we are in the current situation.
One fan wrote that Australia is “far more strict” and explained how the country closed the border and forced quarantine.
Charlotte replied: “SOMETHING WE SHOULD OF F***ING DONE LAST YEAR! [sic]
“When this all started! It’s so frustrating I follow so many Australians as my work is so heavily on Australia! And you guys handled it so well! Good for you I say! More F***ing fool us.” [sic]
Another follower wrote: “Government don’t have a clue what they are doing!!” to which Charlotte responded: “Starting to agree.”
She also added that there should be “quarantine hotels” and would like to see Australian officials do a “shift swap” with us.
Charlotte is spending lockdown in her Sunderland mansion with boyfriend Liam Beaumont.
The reality star, who recently gave her property a complete overhaul after putting it up for rent for £50,000-a-year back in August 2019, has been showing fans a glimpse inside her beautiful home.
Her surroundings look like the setting to an Architectural Digest shoot, with wooden parquet flooring and sheepskin rugs giving the room a Scandinavian-style chicness.
The unique and bespoke-made bed is vast and flanked by matching house plants that stand in wicker baskets.
There are also two hanging stylish light fixtures that provide the room with a golden glow.
Charlotte also took to her Instagram Stories on her home account, titled the Crosby Manor, to showcase that the room has a mirrored cupboard opposite the bed, which serves to make it appear even more spacious.
