Bradley Walsh has broken down into tears after being surprised with a private concert with Italian opera tenor legend Andrea Bocelli.
The Chase presenter, who recently got the giggles during an episode after a contestant gave dreadful answers, was left in complete shock and awe as his son Barney presented him with his 60th birthday gift on ITV’s Breaking Dad.
Wearing a blue and white checkered shirt underneath a blue jumper and a pair of jeans, the star appeared to be overcome with emotion as he visited the 62 year old singer’s luxurious home.
Barney, 23, dressed casually in a green shirt and denim jacket paired with some dark trousers as he told Andrea: “It was my dad’s 60th birthday…”

Andrea, who donned a very smart black tuxedo for the special occasion, which he teamed with a pair of black sunglasses, interrupted to say: “You have a very wonderful son,” to which Bradley replied: “Thank you, thank you so much.”
After the violinist was introduced, he sat down and began beautifully singing Time To Say goodbye.
TV presenter Bradley was left fighting back tears at watching the intimate performance.
Bradley, who recently enjoyed a muddy winter walk with his rarely seen wife Donna and their puppy, put a hand to his face as tears formed in his eyes and his lip quivered. He said: “Oh, Time To Say Goodbye,” before taking a quick second to glance at his son and giving him a hug in appreciation.
After the gig, Bradley told Andrea: “That was unbelievable. Absolutely wonderful. So emotional. I can’t believe it. A true honour.”
As he and Barney left the house, Bradley then told his son: “I cannot believe that happened.”
Fans were left feeling emotional by the TV personality’s response and took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the in the sweet clip.
One person wrote: “Bradley Walsh getting emotional while watching Andrea Bocelli was so wholesome”.
Another said: “No I’m not crying. Andrea Bocello singing for Bradley Walsh. I’m now an emotional wreck #BreakingDad,” [sic] followed by a crying emoji.
A third chimed: “Bradley Walsh bawling at Andrea Boccelli singing Time to say goodbye, don’t worry Brad, we’ve all been there #lcfc,” [sic] with a crying emoji.
While a fourth added: “I’m crying at Bradley Walsh while he’s crying at Andrea Bocelli. Unreal #BreakingDad,” with a crying emoji.
