Even with his achievements, he’s never lost sight of his humble British roots and continues to honour the food traditions of his homeland through and through. His Michelin-starred New York restaurant, The Clocktower, which he collaborated on with legendary restaurateur Stephen Starr, is a testament to this, delivering elevated British cuisine using the best locally sourced ingredients.
Another name equally synonymous with tradition is Cantine San Marzano, a distinguished Italian winery that has put Puglian wine on the global viticultural map.
