Jason Atherton’s reputation precedes him — as an international culinary name with a handful of highly successful restaurants across the globe, he continues to deliver gastronomic excellence time and time again.

Even with his achievements, he’s never lost sight of his humble British roots and continues to honour the food traditions of his homeland through and through. His Michelin-starred New York restaurant, The Clocktower, which he collaborated on with legendary restaurateur Stephen Starr, is a testament to this, delivering elevated British cuisine using the best locally sourced ingredients.

Another name equally synonymous with tradition is Cantine San Marzano, a distinguished Italian winery that has put Puglian wine on the global viticultural map. By combining time-honoured knowledge with pure passion and a deep respect for nature’s rhythm, they produce wines with beautiful and distinctive varietal characteristics that reflect the essence of the local terroir.

In celebration of this, STARR Restaurants’ corporate wine and beverage directors, Mikayla Cohen and Aaron Thorp, have created a stellar pairing menu that showcases a perfect symphony between the restaurant’s fine fare and San Marzano’s premium red, white and rosé wines.
